I just got my 1g nano.
Used DanyL's 1.1 auto installer. I only installed the ipl(default). Not sure why the others are necessary.

Will the default ipl only run code after its restarted or will it bring me to that fancy screen menu screen first?

I downloaded hermes 3 and replaced the rockpox.ipod file that's in E:/PSGroove.
Does the hermes payload file go in the same folder or the root?

I know that pkg files go in the root. But what about the files that have pkg files and like 20 other files in them. are the other files just junk or do I have to put it all in a folder?

Hope this isn't too much to ask
