Simple Question regarding broken Bluray Playback
Simple Question regarding broken Bluray Playback –

I was in such a rush that I didn't backup any of the files needed to restore blu ray playback when i downgraded from 3.55 to 3.41 funny thing is i NEVER play games on my PS3 (Original 20gb Launch) and i was 3-4 updates behind. When I found out Neo Geo games were being released on the PSN store i needed to have them thus having to upgrade (I still didn't care because I wasn't interested in the Jailbreaking) until Geo released his Jailbreak. Don't ask me why this lit a fire under my butt but I needed to do this process. So I got an amazebreak dongle and did the downgrade (which is very easy if you follow directions on the forum) but I somehow over looked that it broke blu ray playback. My fault I take all responsibility as I didn't see the warnings posted EVERYWHERE. Now bottom line I can wait till there is an easier method of playing backups using the root codes, but I need playback. Will upgrading to Official 3.55 make my ps3 useful again for Bluray Playback or is it dead in the water. I tried using someones dev_flash3 from the same console but now it loads the disk and gives me a green screen. It still plays DVD's tho.
Cliffnotes - Broke Blu Ray Playback with 3.55 to 3.41 downgrade will 3.55 official release fix playback?
Thanks everyone.
