hey guys, if we can sign the Packages by geohot tool , is it possible to sign a backup manager and install it on a jailbroken ps3 (using ps3key or ....) then restart the ps3 without jailbreaking it and boot normal and launch the backup manager and use it?
if you try this without a signed package it will give you an error because its not signed but if we sign it
please guys try it ;)

No one knows yet just stay on 3.41 until everything calms down and is tested 100% people are rushing to update to all these cfw's and no one knows any side effects yet... Backup managers need to do more than just "run", they all rely on extra modification to the OS in order to work. So just signing one isn't enough.
I just took the signed eboot.bin of e.g. the signed snes9x pkg and replaced my old eboot.bin using the file manager. And now snes9x runs on my 3.41 without jailbreaking. The same works for MultiMan. It boots and so on, it just cannot run games (yet).
I wish there would be a permanent "Install PKG" on 3.41...
