Should I stay on 3.15 or update to 3.41??? –

I am just looking for some input as to if I should update my ps3 to 3.41 firmware or just keep it at 3.15. I got an e3 card reader on its way and I am looking to put it to good use.
I dont have linux installed and dont have any reason to at the moment. I am mainly concerned with game compatibility when playing backups.
I am more or less just seeing if anyone in the community knows any reason that I should consider staying on 3.15, (besides linux use)?
(ex: future exploits, better emulators/apps, anything i dont know)
or should I just go ahead and update to 3.41?

if you just want better game compatibility, i would just update.
i did the same thing and i don't really feel im missing out on anything.
linux is really the only reason to stay at 3.15
and if you really miss it, you can backup your dev_flash files (to retain blu-ray playback) and downgrade.

Yeah. Now that the downgraders are out there's ABSOLUTELY no reason to stay on 3.15. You can put any firmware you want on the ps3. And soon, Sony's entire security system will be meaningless (they REALLY shouldn't have removed Linux...)
