Safest way of approaching PSN?
Safest way of approaching PSN? –
I'm sure this question turns up a lot, and I've searched for info, but I'm still a bit unsure.
I'm new to CFW/JB, right now my PS3 has the CFW Rogero 4.41 v1.0. As I understand it, I should get the latest Rebug CFW to be able to use PSN? Is it as good/better than Rogero, and is it easy to upgrade(I had someone else downgrade my PS3 and install the current CFW) and possibly downgrade back to Rogero if I ever decide to?
I know that I should never use Homebrew when connected, so if I decide to play a backup I should disconnect while using Multiman, is there anything else I should be aware of? I heard that playing Black Ops 2 gets you insta-banned(no problem, haven't played CoD in years), is there any other games with the same effect?
Thanks in Advance for any help/answers
1. Do not use homebrew while logged in.

There is no safe way to go on PSN on a CFW console. The only reason you should do it is if you don't care if you get banned in the first place, or if you have a spare IDPS and know how to use it in case you do get banned
Friend pay much attention to online play I was banned and I managed to unban. care
Never use the online multiman select the game in xmb ai then connects online. Never install any program in xbm nothing.
Always play in internal hd never play the external hd.
Always format your ps3 for safety because Sony makes long is online or offline, never enter the psn, trophies do not sync or update games online.
I think this has been addressed before in other topics, but with all the information overload I'm getting deeply confused. I'm in the same situation as the OP here, I have Rogero 4.41 V1.0.

I'd like to play some of those games online (specially those two), but as far as I've heard, I've read conflicting reports on bans and so on.
Can I be sufficiently safe following your steps, or should I just give up?
Oh, and by sufficiently, I don't mean no-chance of getting banned.
Sorry for taking up your time, and I know this has been answered before, but wholeheartedly, thank you for your answer.
The is always a chance of getting banned whatever method you use.
