safe method to downgrade from 4.21 dex?

Hi i was wondering if there's any safe way now to downgrade from 4.21 dex to 3.55. At the end of the road i want to upgrade to cfw 4.30 so if there's a safe way to move from 4.21 dex to 4.30 cfw that would be even better! Thanks!

First you need your original flash dump to go back to CEX when you've downgraded to 3.55 DEX, use the 3.55 DEX downgrader from here 3.55-downgrader DEX - PS3 Development Wiki then press X twice on your CEX flash dump in Multiman to load itthen turn off the console and go straight to system update and install a 3.55 firmware, when you get back to 3.55 CEX you can use the normal methods to install a 4.xx firmware.

when i click on the flash dump in multiman and hten shut down the console will it automatically go to the system update screen?

sry quick question when you say original flash dump, you mean rflash.bin?

bump* anyone know how to downgrade from 3.55dex to 3.55cex if i only have the flash dump for dex & a metldr file?
