Running 3.41 game on 3.01

today I tested some games
and I note that many worked in my 3.01 for my surprise

ex
I google for Mini Ninjas required version
and noted that it requires 3.41????
I run uncharted 2
and the game boots too without request firmware update (but stops at loading game)

can someone me explain how can I run games that require 3.41 like mini ninjas in a 3.01 firmware without the request update??

I only run a game that request me to upgrade to 3.21 but I dont rember what game is (tomorrow I can try to launch more to test) if someone request it......

sorry guys I view the FW in PS Jailbreak Compatibility List - Home
and think it was minimal fw to boot
but it seems that it was FW tested version

but uncharted 2 booting without request upgrade makes me think ....
