a last ditch attempt at keeping the hopes up of the retailers who have not even recieved their shipments.
how can they sell a v2 when they cant even get their v1 stock to retailers?
who in their right minds would order from a place where only a handful of samples have been sent?

they probably "arranged" to have the stock siezed, probably due to them not even sending them in the first place.

if they were real they would have been releasing more info on the progress and troubles they and their resellers were facing.

And also how come people that ordered from official distributors never got their
"official psjailbreak" and now that site from canada says that the first one was delivered...
(prolly some clones crap, sold by psjb team themselves i guess, like the rest of those asian sites selling cheaps psjb's)

No way - maybe they update their dongle with the modding scene achievments, but there will be nothing new.

working on firmware 3.42 ? totally useless, if they're sitting on a new exploit, then it would work on 3.50 as well and not just on 3.42.

I could see this being true, because Canada has fairly slack copyright laws. But since it is PSjailbreak team they could be keeping quite as to not get sent to court again, but then again they are the psjailbreak team and they have not kept a single promise. Only promise they kept sending out working samples. Thank God for the samples psjailbreak. I wouldn't get to excited, but hey if it is released awesome if not no big deal you must have expected them to fail once again.
