Rogero CFW4.30 to Rogero CFW4.31

I'm currently on Rogero CFW4.30. If I wanted to go to Rogero CFW4.31v2 do I need to downgrade to 3.55, Dehash and run the Q&A flag again or can I go directly from CFW 4.30 to CFW 4.31 V2?
