Rogero 4.30 to Rebug 4.21.1 REX?

I want to switch CFW,what is the easiest steps?

As an outline follow this
Install 999 package downgrader from rebug
Install rebug 3.55.3
Set QA toggle
Install rebug 4.21

have people used those steps successfully? i am currently on kmeaw 3.55 and want to go to Rebug 4.21 but while it can't support PS2 Classics from PSN i was thinking of going to Rogero 4.30 and moving to Rebug when they fix the PS2 Classics problem
