Rogero 4.21 to newet Rogero

I got a question, my system is install with Rogero 4.21 1.03 and i want to install thw newest Rogero since a game that i want to play come with 4.25. I read that i need to downgrade before upgrade to 4.3... is it true?

Yes. Downgrade, enable QA, then update from recovery.

I read I should dehash my system before downgrading. How do i dehash... i installed the QA flag already on my system

Update. I am pretty sure I installed the QA flag when it was on 3.55 before going to 4.21. However, now when i push the button combination, the menu is not showing up, the L1, L2, L3, R1, R2 and down.
