Returning to 3.55 OFW from WutangRZA

I'm wanting to return to 3.55OFW after running the WutangRZA process and Geohot pkg.

When trying to restore 3.55 using \recovery method\system update, MultiMan, Gaia etc still appear in XMB. Do you know how to completely restore 3.55 in a way that also removes these?

If I do the \recovery\format option, will it also remove the games I've backed up?

I've searched and read a few other posts about this, but no methods I've tried have actually removed multiman and gaia etc.

go to multiman , press Triangle ----> Delete .

just like deleting any psn game

I'm interested in running the kmeaw method. If I return to OFW 3.55, then delete multiman etc using \triangle\delete, am I safe to go ahead?

Basically, I was concerned that as Multiman was still installed, this meant I hadn't really restored to OFW 3.55.
