how do i go about it?

PS3 games are region free, you can change your blu-ray region (it's a payload however, which means the next time you boot your PS3 it will be back to the original region), PS1 backups are region free... Only real problem is DVDs. You shouldn't have trouble.PS3 Slim CECH-3004A 160GB
