Can anybody please tell me if anyone is any closer or trying to work out a way that when someone decides to go online and play with there legit disk game it will not send that recent activity list to sony that shows the ps3 had previously ran a backup manager or any hombrew apps???

Even if one does use these things and then decides not anymore and go back to oficial firmware to they are still not in the clear of getting banned if sony sees this list that gets sent to them when ps3 gets turned on
