Rebug Or Other CFW ?

I currently have a phat PS3 with OFW 3.21 and would like to install CFW, i have read a lot and i would like to ask a couple of things, I read the tutorial and it recommended "Wutangrza + lv2 patch by kmeaw" and not just "kmeaw" whay is that ?

And second is "rebug" better than these these CFW's ?

In the end can someone please out of experience recommend me a CFW to install, and as i read that "MulitiMan" is that Best BM and is it compatible with all CFW's ?

i dont know who recommended u o intall wutangrza plus lv2 patch but im sure he is a muppet or it was a very old thread
any way jus instal kmeaw without lv2 patch (u dont need it anymore)
then install multiman and Bdemu2 (bdemu2 is for multiman to function correctly its an one time install so u dont have to run it everytime u boot like the lv2 patcher

but skip the gaia part and install multiman and bdemu2
