Rebug 4.21 to rebug 3.55.3 Downgrade Clarification Please

So I was on 3.55 kmeaw for the longest time and then decided to upgrade to Rebug 4.21. So I installed my FW in this order over kmeaw all from XMB:

3.55 OFW
3.33.3 rebug then QA flagged my PS3
4.21 rebug

Now if I want to go back to Rebug 3.55.3 all I need to do is flash it from XMB correct? Or do I need to get into recovery?

Then if I wanted to go back to Rebug 4.21 I could install it over the Rebug 3.55.3 from XMB correct?

Am I missing any steps here? Do I need to de-hash or whatever else I've seen some people have to do?

You should be good through xmb...use recovery to be on the safe side if you want. I did the same thing..used recovery.

Thanks guys. That is what I thought, just don't want a brick on my hands :). Only reason I jumped through before hand was to QA flag my console. I read after I could have done it in Kmeaw but whatever. Only reason I want to go back to 3.55 now is because of reactpsn and some psn games that have fixes that I can't get to work on rebug 4.21.
