REBUG 3.41.3 and 3.55.2 OTHEROS++

can somone help i want to install this but its a little bit confusing please in any way could you explain to me a easy step by step guide ie idiots guide
to install this first i am running 3.55 kew ive got a cechc ps3
first do i have install 3.55 ofw befour i start please help because the instructions are very confusing

INSTALL
Rebug 3.41.3 and rebug 3.55.2 can be installed over the same or lower version OFW/CFW/MFW on any model ps3 through the XMB or Recovery Mode.

UNINSTALL:
REBUG 3.41.3 and 3.55.2 can be uninstalled with the same version OFW/CFW/MFW on any model PS3 through the XMB or Recovery Mode.

setup_flash_for_otheros.pkg
dtbImage.ps3.bin (For 16MB NOR) or dtbImage.ps3.bin.minimal (For 256MB NAND)
install_otheros.pkg
boot_otheros.pkg
reboot.pkg
create_hdd_region.sh
hdd_access.s

do i need to install to install thease pkgs once ive installed REBUG 3.41.3 and 3.55.2 OTHEROS++ or are they already there

1. Install my latest CFW

use the rebug 3.55.2 or 3.41.3

yes i think you probably will have to reformat after 2
