Ramifications of going from True BlueFW back to 3.55 or REBUG 4.21

Ok so I have been soooo stoked over the last few years hacking the PS3 and staying with the scene, however the last solution that I found (TB) much like all of them required new boot files.
Can anyone direct me to what new JB FW they would recommend right now? How do you go from TB to a new fw? Has anyone come up with a prog or utility that replaces files based on your fW? that utility is loonnnnnng over due!

If I were you I would update to OFW 3.55 to kmeaw 3.55 in recovery mode. Next install QA flagged and run it. Verify QA is enabled by going to "Network Settings" then apply the following key combo (all at the same time):

L1 + L2 + L3 (press left stick) + R1 + R2 + dpad_down

If successful, you will see a new menu with a EDY viewer. Finally install Rebug 4.21 in the XBM, not recovery.

i also used to have TB3.55 and now i went back to 3.55 Kmeaw and its working ok for all games, you can even patch them yourself. There is no need for me to upgrade now to 4.30 or something else. A lor of people recommend rebug, but i would barely use any of its features, as i only use my ps3 to play my games and that's it.
