Hey Racer0018 I can't send you a PM either but would like to know if you would be able to downgrade my PS3. Its a Phat one with a NOR and as far as I know it is downgradable. Would it be possible to get little more info from you about pricing?

Well I will tell both of you something that shipping a PS3 aint cheap.... priority mail boxes isnt that big so you will be spending 30 bucks to ship it to him. Then 30 bucks to ship it back then I am assuming that he would charge you $50 bucks for the labor. So overall maybe $110 but Idk how racer would charge people but you have to think that it's going to cost you as the buyer to pay for shipping costs to and back and pay him for his labor.

Really hope people don't expect to pay is just 50 bucks for everything including shipping and handling

But he is a highly respected downgrader so it's worth the money.

goku1992 i figured it wasn't going to be cheap. I just don't want to screw it up. I don't have a problem with opening the ps3 and putting the e3 flasher on it but i can't seem to find a updated tutorial with clear direction on how to flash it and downgrade the FW. Everyone keeps saying that search the net and there are plenty of tutorials but I can't seem to find a comprehensive guide that details these steps. If someone here can point in that direction I would give it a shot. racer0018's names been floating around for the downgrade so I thought I might ask him. I can't PM him so if someone is willing to do that for me I would really appreciate it.
