Quick simple question about going legit

Im considering updating to OFW, but Im worried about bans, so Im wondering if anyone here have gone from JB to OFW?
Im still using dongle on 3.41 so no CFW, and I never got the infamous email from Sony.

So yeah, anyone have any experience with this and not just speculation?

I GOT THE EMAIL. Sony told me, if I delete the homebrew, and install the OFW, and never went online with any other hacked system using that PSN, that I would be fine. NO BAN.

I HAVE done this. I went from 3.55 kmeaw to 3.60 on my second PS3. Still has all my homebrew on it. Been online ever since March 31 (The day before SCEA put PSN with SNEA). Haven't gotten banned either. They don't check what's on your HDD either. It's only what's on the Flash
