First of all i´m sorry to make this question in this forum but i am very curious about it:

For example : I m on CFW 3.55 and i can´t play games like ncaa2012 , nfl12 , rugby world cup 11 etc etc etc.. Recente games !!

Does people with xbox360 have this problem with recent games ?

xbox360 no i dont think they do. Reason ps3 does is that these games use a new encryption method (3.60 SDK) made for games to keep from piracy etc. So until someone gets these keys as there called (kind of like a long multi-file password in hex) any new games out can not be played on a jailbreaked system, some claim to have the keys they are either lying or too scared of getting sued by sony, also they wont release keys anonymously because they want recognition.

So if i buy a xbox360 i am able to play recent games.

I think it´s a better solution than buying another ps3 !!

I know a lot more about PS3 than xbox, I know microsoft is more lenient with modding and the scene for it has been around a lot longer, it is a little more difficult to mod an xbox however. If you have a 360 made before march 2009 you can jtag it (meaning full access, put games on hard drive, homebrew, etc) if not you have to change the DVD firmware so you can play burnt games on dual layer discs. check out xboxscene for more info on this.

Don´t have my hopes that high but ill wait a little longer for those ps3 keys ahahaha

Also xboxlive will ban you straight away with a modded xbox, PSN will too but it takes them a little longer. General rule of thumb if you JB dont expect to play online, get another console for that.

i dont like online play.. but i want to play some recent games , RWC11 , Rugby Challenge 2011 , NFL 12 , FIFA 12 etc...

it´s a good question .. Wait for the 3.6x keys or buy a xbox

or buy a new ps3 and update with recent firmware, sure you already knew that.
