    Now... Can I make downgrade from 3.70 to 3.55 or not??? And how can I do it..?

    Yes you can downgrade your PS3 from 3.70 to 3.55 Firmware. You can do it via a hardware mod. That is you would need a hardware flasher such as progskeet in order to downgrade and jailbreak your console. Also when downgrading keep in mind the stock firmware that it came as you cannot downgrade below the stock firmware itself. By stock I mean the firmware that it first cam with when you bought your console.
