questions about remote play to pc or laptop

CFW 3.55 with remote play to pc , laptop and android phone does it work? (i dont know how it works dont tell me it need to sign psn and s***)

can i play ps3 title games ? (uncharted ,cod)

can i play 2 player by using two controllers?

is there way to make remote play ps3 (by using wired or wireless to modem with internet)>to laptop or pc > to android phone or tablet (by using 4g internet outside home)

i wish its works because i want to play fighting game with 2 players outside by using laptop or tablet , btw i see other similar things do the same like onlive and spawn lab (F*** gamestop they already acquired it > )

Remote play has considerable input lag. It is not good for games requiring quick input (like almost all games) so it is not good for this.

Also, as far as I know Remote Play will only work with one device at a time, so no multiple controller/devices for 2 player.

Remote play is designed for remote access to media like Video and Music. It works great for that.

I have not used Remote Play for a long time, but it might require PSN connectivity, and 3.55 was released before PSN was shutdown and rebuilt, so it might not even work anymore, since it relies on internet services for connectivity.
