    I have a few questions about the "new" 4.30 CFW, i want to upgrade my console but i'm lazy and i dont want remove all 3.55 fix from my backups, and resign all my 3.55 homebrews/psn games, so my idea was to play new games on 4.30 and for the old 3.55 resigned games, going back to 3.55

    1. Can i update to rogero 4.30 right from kmeaw 3.55 or i have to install original 3.55 first and then 4.30 rogero?

    2. Will i lose any data (internal backups, saves, trophy) Downgrading back to 3.55 using 9.99 downgrader?

    3. Is it possible to do
    4.30->9.99downgrader->4.30->9.99downgrader
    or i should dehash my ps3 every time i want to upgrade to 4.30?

    4. Will i lose any data if i want to deash my console using 3.55 rogero v3.7?

    1) no you dont, just install pup from xmb or recovery menu
    2) yes your hdd data will be wiped using thr 9.99 downgrader
    3) theres no need just run toogle qa on your kmeaw before you update and you should be fine. After you update to latest rogero install toogle qa and you shouldnt have any problems
    4) no you wont but theres no need because kmeaw supports dehasing
    My Consoles:
    Xbox 360 250GB Slim | x360key | Segate Freeagent Goflex 1.5TB HDD

    Thanks for the reply, if downgrader Will wipe my HDD i dont think i'll upgrade my ps3.
    Does anyone know why rogero and rebug CFW's doesnt have whitelist disabled? I mean, is it tecnically possible to run 3.55 resigned eboots on 4.xx? Some time ago i read something about how to disabile whitelist from kakaroto and some tweets by flat_z, but i'm still confused because its strange that both rebug or rogero or anyone from the community has patched whitelist

    I think the whitelist is disabled. All my 3.55 fixed games work on Rebug 4.21.

    If you are going to go the downgrade route every single time, it would be a LOT easier just to install Rogero 4.30 v 2.05, and when you go to boot a game, install the latest game update (can be done without having to sign in to PSN - people are starting to get banned again today for CFW and being on PSN), and they should work. Some games may require the odd setting change in order to get them up and running, most patched games just require the official sony update (MM settings include either hermes or standard, select + x via multiman to boot, game in drive to boot, just to name a few...) If you don't go online at all, then it is hit and miss. in my experiences as long as you don't have "Sign in automatically" checked, then everything is a ok.

    I just find it silly and tedious to have to downgrade every time. Also, I am sure you can use Rogero's hybrid downgrader rather than rebug's 999, install KMEAW over top of it (unless you have to go to Rogero 3.55 first) and then everything will still be there, no HDD wipe.
