Backup 3d games: Nothing is different from them to normal games, just more video files for the 3d movies/effects.

so i go to back up lost planet 2 and the back up method has changed. When i backed up other games it asked me to dl to internal i say yes then it has time and how big game is and then a bar %.

with lost planet it has gb and time one top and this list of files that are going on the hdd. No % bar and i can hear the ps3 going bum bum bum. Just diff. Is this hurting my ps3 or nothing to worry about?

If it lists the files being copied and the size on the top and number of files is increasing, then it's doing its job, but i never heard of a PS3 going bum bum bum during a backup. Or ever.

it stopped now with the noise. sounded like laser moving back and forth. Ya numbers are going up just was different.
