Question on using online & offline PS3s
Question on using online & offline PS3s –
Fixing to get started with CFW. My situation is that I haven't been interested in the PS3 until recently, when some solidly good exclusives started showing up. I don't have much interest in getting online to play multiplayer games, but with the PS4 coming out (and the near certainty that it will "win" the "war", or at the very least certainly be home to a much greater number of good exclusives than the PS3 had, especially from Japan), I decided maybe it's as good a time as any to start working up a profile and getting some trophies.
I gather that there are ways of getting away with CFW online. I may never need or want to do that. My plan is to do everything on PS3 #1 , move the profile over to the PS3 #2 , and go online with that. I reckon this is safer. But it does beg some questions.
1) I'll be playing some undubs, and/or other forms of hacked game.
2) I'll be playing some Japanese games.
3) I'll be playing some PSN games.
4) I'll be taking advantage of DLC.
There are reasons for me to suspect that doing one or all of the above, and then syncing my resulting trophies online, could potentially draw some attention. In fact I would say certainly. I guess the questions boil down to: Are any of the four scenarios above a bad idea for later syncing? And if anyone reading does all the above all the time, has it mattered at all to the status of their account/console, in their experience (regardless of whether you're using two PS3s or doing it all on one console)?
While I'm at it, does anyone know what will happen in either of these two scenarios:
1) I made a profile a long time ago, and got on PSN with it, but it has no trophies. I re-create the same profile offline, get trophies on it, then eventually attempt to go back online with it. Will this even work? Does the PSN demand credentials at that point?
2) I make a new profile offline, get trophies on it, and then eventually go online with it. Not really sure what PSN does at this point.
Long story short if you play on-line with a CFW PS3 you will get B&'d sooner or later. S0NY is not entirely as aggressive as Microsoft in B&'ing but, sooner or latter you will get caught out. If you play crap like COD you can expect to get B&'d a hellva lot faster. Then those that don't. If your worried about getting B&'d get an E3 NOR Flasher and set it up so you can use the Fast Switch Mode for both CFW and OFW Modes.
I am suddenly coming to grips with the fact that my profile doesn't have trophies attached to it when I, say, move it to a different console. Means my OFW PS3 is useless. So I guess I need to figure out what people do if they want to pick a day once in a while to sync trophies online. Otherwise this whole process is ultimately pointless. Any tips?

Your more likely to be able to buy some Content off the PSN Store 10x over w/o getting caught. Perhaps that odd game of COD too if your really lucky, and your not trying to cheat! But, as I gather synching Trophies is a big no no on CFW.
