A question about discs

I'm currently oh kmeaw 3.55 CFW and have been running backups and apps no problem.

Though I might be getting a certain game a little early (If USPS actually pulls through) and I was wondering if it would allow me to play the game no problem even though I'm on 3.55 (assuming it'll need CFW 3.56+).

Basically I wanted to know if I'll be able to play the game no problem if I'm using the actual disc? Thanks for any answers.

even playing of disc requires update if needed, best bet would be edit backup to work with CFW
