I've tried using the qa pkg but when i try the combo it never works.
Sorry to be a noob but is there a qa flag for different cfw's?

    Any help would be appreciated.

Install the Rebug Toolbox pkg, then go to the last tab on the right and enable the QA flagging.

After you do that, you can test it by going down to the Network Settings and pushing L1+L2+R1+R2+L3+D-Pad Down
