Ok...I have FAT 80gb CECHK06 model that has been on kmeaw 3.55! Im finally ready to make that leap of faith to Rogero 4.30
It has nerver been downgraded or anything...I intalled rebug toggle Q/A.pkg...ran it and it beeped as the instructions said, however, I couldnt quite confirm if Q/A was flagged or not! The button combination is said to work on OFW3.55...SO,I WENT BACK TO 0FW3.55, tried the button combination "L2+L1+L3+R1+R2+ d_pad down" But nothing seems to have changed: I cant see the so called debug settings, edy viewer, install pkg files...etc! Am I doing something wrong? Is there a specific duration to hold the buttons down? I need urgent help!!!

You have to do it in System Settings, hovering on Network Settings (i.e don't press X to go into Network Settings, just scroll down til you're sitting on it). And be sure to press them all at the same time, it's not a L1 THEN L2 THEN L3 thing.

I'm not sure it does work in OFW though...though I'm happy to be corrected on that.

Are you pressing the combo while Network Settings is highlighted? And there's no duration, once you press the combo the extra options should appear straight away.
Edit: are you sure it wasn't QA flagged already because if so toggle qa would have disabled it.

Thanks for the quick responce guys...I have done it several times over "Network settings"....I've tried the button config in diffrent order...and perhaps the q/a toggle.pkg turned it off, but I should be able to turn it on with the button set, shouldnt I? And I rather think the buttons are for official firmware-I cant run q/a toggle.pkg on my OFW any more-it just gives me a black screen and exits to XMB!

Also, in any of the two cases, atleast i should have noticed something diffrent...plus, the Rogero tutorial say the button set is to confirm if Q/A has been set.

Once enabled the actual QA Flag works on OFW and CFW but the app to toggle it can only be used on CFW, and like JonJonB said press all the buttons at once.

also, i found it a struggle to reach the d-pad down button, but it worked for me using the l stick down (since my finger was already on the left stick anyway to press in l3). worked for me.
