PSP remote play on pkg and PSN games
PSP remote play on pkg and PSN games –

If you take the SFO and enable psp remote play and change the Datatype from DG to HG you should be able to remote play with PSN and homebrew games. Possibly the other way around, or fiddle with the SFO for a while depending on the game. After fiddling with the SFOs I have the backup manager switching discs on the fly in remote play, i have SNES working, Fat Princess, and games off the hard drive.
So far I can't get FTP, megaman 9 and FF13 to work.

UPDATE: I have uninstalled my backup manager and recreated this twice since my original discovery so this works... but may not be the most efficient way or maybe won't work every time but hell it worked for me.
Step 1: install backup manager, install either of the ftp programs working right now, on your computer install the sfo editor, and make sure that your PS3 has the setting Auto start disc set to "On"
Step 2: start ftp and connect using your computer (find a tutorial somewhere if you are having trouble with this)
Step 3: take the SFO in hdd/GAME/LAUN12345 and copy it over to your computer
Step 4: using the SFO manager open up the sfo, select psp remote play enabled, save, and throw it back into the same folder that you got it from
Step 5: start up the backup manager on your ps3 and backup a game (not 100% sure this is necessary but its how I got it to work and without it I couldn't)
Step 6: after backing up the game, eject the disc, hit the PS button and select remote play
Step 7: immediately after selecting remote play put the disc back in, this will cause your psp to start remote play with a message saying it cannot play the disc.
Step 8: start backup manager and see it works.
This process worked for me 2 times in a row, but i cannot say for certain it will work every time. You will be able to run the backup manager through psp remote play every time after this without repeating the procedure. This also works with every other PSN, or homebrew program I have found so far, so if you're feeling confident edit all of the SFO's you want to enable remote play on... and do it all in one go.
