It's physically possible, yes. Has it been done? No. Will it ever be done? Not if the only people who're interested are people who're asking for someone else to make it. Not a knock at you mate, just saying that the scene has very few talented people in it who're carrying the weight of nearly all progress and PSP emulation just doesn't seem to be a high priority.

This is what I am hoping as well but so far might just have to wait and see if it happens. Last year, when the PS3 scene exploded, there was some russian guy who said he was able to do this but a ton of people said it was a fake. Probably why there was nothing further about it since. So for now, just wait and see what happens.
