Psn Problems

Hallo i have a problem
I have 2 playstation 3...
The first are ps3 80 gb kmeaw
and the second one is a 40 gb kmeaw (new playstation)
i can connect to the psn with the 80 gb
and on the ps3 40 gb i must create a new account ..if i push the create a new account
it shows me at 40 seconds "connection timed out "
i use ps3dns and charles ....
what can i do?

psn is down for maitenance today, my friend with a ps3 on ofw cant connect to the store, so its not ur ps3
