PSN BUG OR NOT ?

ive been noticing something that might be a minor bug in psn (nothing serious tho)
on my ps3 with OFW3.60 psn list isnt refreshing as it used to when people sign out they keep the info : last sign in 0 minutes ago and on earlier versions i would just go down and up and it refreshed but now the only thing that refreshes the time is to go to another menu lets say network tab and go back to friendslist

not that its bothering me but i wonder if anyone else noticed the same ?

Mine has always done that. I never refreshed while on the friends list.
