Has anybody got unsigned apps working on 3.55 with PS3MFW?

I patched application launcher to allow running unsigned apps but it does not work.

i Get error 80010009 when i try to run any unsigned/invalidly-signed apps

I also tried running kmeaw's lv2 v9 pl3 patch but same result.
