PS3break V1.2 USB not recognized??!!!

I recieved my PS3break V1.2 today. I connected it to my pc but i get this message:

"USB not recognized-
One of the USB devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned and windows does not recognize it"

When I connect PS3break, it flashes for couple of seconds then the light goes off. I have checked in Device Managment and there is a "Generic USB Hub". I have tried to update driver but it says it cannot continue with hardware update. I have unistalled and installed it couple of times but get same message. The PS3break V1.2 is geniune and have checked the TRUTH INQUIRY code. What am I missing? Is it a faulty flash driver?

Read the PS3Break Burner Guide.

Download and install (if you haven't already) .NET Framework 4 and Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x86).

You also may need the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86).

Then download and run PS3Break Firmware Uploader V1.1, and it should work just fine.

THANK YOU!!! its worked perfectly! i actually downloaded all the files and saved them before i bought the ps3break but i thought i would be able to see th ps3break usb drive in My Computer. anyway thanks again for your help.
