PS3Break Taken by customs (Canada)

Thought i would share my experience in ordering PS3Break.

So, I had ordered 4 PS3Breaks from ***********: Cool Gadgets at the Right Price - Site-Wide Free Shipping - DX, been waiting for about 2 weeks and got the package express shipped.

as of oct-22 the package was received at the vancouver sorting center then handed over to customs right away.

So it seems we cant order them into canada either. They also took my usb wireless receiver for xbox 360 controller! now im out $100 with nothing in my hands.

so unless its just going through customs to be looked over then passed over to the canada post I lost $100 on all of it.

Don't worry. All International packages go through Customs. You'll get your stuff. I've heard of packages being help up for a week at Customs (USA).

I'd suggest bying udip board (ebay: udip usb). They are chip, don't contain any mention of PS3 and are generic USB programmable boards.

Did you get notified by customs, that your stuff was confiscated?

I already have a Teensy 2.0++ but was buying these for my friends, and even though they are mentioned to PS3 they have no code on them and are just the same as a DEV board just in a casing that happens to mention PS3Break.

if you reference to the picture i just posted it now mentions in the bolded area that it was handed to customs.

i havent got a notification by e-mail, mail or phone so I don't know what going on with it.

What happened to you is nothing different than
the message we receive on ALL shipments from
China to the U.S

yeah everything gets handed over to customs. soemtimes its a day, sometimes a few days, but odds are youll get it.

most the time they dont even open the box. theyll just take it let it sit there for a few days make it look like their important then look at the paperwork and charge you tax on whatever value the item is claimed to be worth.

Haha! Brilliantly said :P But yeah, @OP, you'll get it - it's just a standard procedure although I wasn't aware (until now) that they updated their tracking system to show that.
