ps3break downgrade help.

Hey, i have ps3break v1.2 and ps3 with firmware 3.55(it was 3.41 and i updated) my question is: can i downgrade to 3.41? also, if i downgrade to 3.41 - can i play online games from 3.41? or should i downgrade and update all the time?
please give me simple instructions beacuse my englise suck
