    After a lil research the ps3break can still be updated if you use a regular flash drive since the ps3break doesnt even show up on the pc.

    1. Use regular flash drive and download backmanager v.2
    2. Use the same instructions to jailbreak your ps3 which is turning off the ps3 and making sure there are no connections with it
    3. when the ps3 is in jailbreak mode insert the regular flashdrive
    4. go to install packages and the file will be now visible

    i tried it and it works!

    the people who had the version 1.0 ps3break cant get the new backup manager that they have an update for

    I thought that if you want to use BM 2 you need Hermes payload flashed in your device.

    Yeah you need that.So even if v1 users update to bm 2 they cant use the no bd disc boot option.

    So why you write that this is a way to update PS3Break ?
    In your first post the only procedure you write is how to install BM.
    Nothing else.
