PS3 won't enter service mode via PSP (PS3jig app)

Hi, I'm having issues putting my ps3 slim into service mode.

I do the following:
Unplug and replug power
plug psp in and start ps3jig
power eject combo

then it just starts up like normal, is there something I'm missing?

Also, the psp says it did the jig process properly.

I believe you need to be on 5.50 or lower to use PS3jig.

How did you get it to work? My PSP is version 2000 with 5.00 m33-6 and I have a slim PS3 and I can't get it to go into service mode.
