The Chinese are allowing anyone with enough money to "brand" their own dongles. They all look basically the same but they will happily print your name and/or logo on the rubberized case. Expect to see a lot of these popping up.

It seems to be another dongle from the Eclipse Team. We can see that on the banner from the official website.
