First turn your ps3 on, then look at the boot-up screen. After that, turn it off unplug it and throw it up in the air (preferably outside near a busy intersection). Now if you did it correctly it should smash onto the floor into pieces. You have just downgraded your ps3! Happy gaming :)

It's already stated very clearly in this very 'General Jailbreak' thread, somewhere at the top. It's a sticky which says :-
For those on 3.56 AND 3.60 - NO Downgrade, NO Jailbreak and NO CFW!
You really should read it first.
