Just turned off my PS3, after several freezes.

Have been playing GT5 for a couple of hours, but suddenly it started to freeze while upgrading my 135i ..
Whole console froze, not possible to exit game, nor turning off by button.

    Two months old PS3
    PS3 Slim 120gb (with 500gb)
    Kmeaw 3.55
    Gaia 2.02
Guitar Hero - Warrior of Rock in BD
    GT5 backup on HDD.

    Any clues?
Both GT5 and Gaia freezes if I just reboots the PS3 and retries within short while.

Could it be the PS3 overheating?
Its in open air, just aside my amp.

I've heard others say they are getting frequent freezes, too (another forum).
I guess you could try power cycling.
