PS3 Jailbreak device help!

Can someone tell me is PS Jailbreak USB device good to buy one? I found one web store (Techoso) is in-stock to buy. There are two PS Jailbreak usb device. One is original (PS Jailreak silver color) cost 72 Euro and the other is clone (PS3 break blue color). I don't understand why Jailbreak usb device is still in the market because I thought that Sony had law suit Jailbreak and put out device out of market. Why this store state that Jailbreak are in-store to buy? Is it okay for me to grab one? Is there homebrew software available if I grab one?

PS Jailbreak has been cloned by the chinese and they are making a 1:1 copy of the original PS jailbreak (in looks at least)...It's even called PS Jailbreak.

Between PSgroove and PS jailbreak or PS3 break clone device, which device is better and easy to use like plug and play. I found one website sell combo with PS Jailbreak USB dongle device and Western portable 500G cost 101 Euro. Is it good price?
