ps3 hanging on 99% in firmware update...!!!

hi all my 320gigs ps3 (that comes with a default 3.40 firmware ) faild to acomplish update when it reaches 99% (3.55)
ofw ... !! i was attending to install keamw 3.55 after update but its stuck ...so i sawaped the 320gb hdd and formated
it on my pc then ive booted up via recovery menu and tried to re install but its stuck again at 99% plz help me

note no more xmb :S:S:S:S"

help me plz

Replace the HDD and try it agein. dont formatting the hdd to home computer because it is too high voltage (12 volt), you need only 5 volt.
