Ps3 Game Update,

Just a quick question im going to throw out to you all,

If i have my ps3 jail broken that means i cant go on psn or psstore as i need to update my console to 3.42 which would then restrict me from using the jailbreak feature (at present)

this morning i upgraded my ps3 hdd and completed an install of 3.41 from usd device, i then proceeded to configure my network to allow me to go onto ps-store which then prompted me to update which i declined, i then inserted gta 4 into the drive and loaded the game it then prompted me to update my game but didnt require me to sign in or update my ps3 it just allowed me to update my game, so all i really want to know is once i jailbreak my ps3 could i then proceed to update my games without logging into psn.

^^ im unable to try this as of yet as im waiting for the equiptment to arrive.

As of right no you can't. When proceeding to download the update you will get a error code meaning you can't install it.

Yes you can,i have eclips3 with HERMES 4B + SPOOF 3.50 + PSN and i can update my games without login into the psn and it all goes smooth,no errors.
