What is the best CFW I can upgrade to?

kmeaw 3.55 , or MFW builder if you feel like customizing

update to 3.55 OFW..

then decide between kmeaw and rebug. (they both have there own threads with advantages etc listed..

.. but I have a CECHP04 PS3 with 160GB HDD, can I still use kmeaw firmware??

As long as your firmware is 3.55 or lower.
