PS3 break .3.42

I am kinda lost about buying a jailbreak. I have ordered 5 - 7 sample pieces of ps3break fro ps3 break.com.

1.How good is the product from them ?

2.Will jailbreaks work on 3.42 ? If not wats the solution, or will they come up with a patch or something to work on 3.42 ?

Perhaps you should read up on the many forum threads already discussing this exact question and it's current answers.

At this point, the usb dongle method of hacking your PS3 (ie. Psjailbreak, ps3break, ps3key, psgroove, psfreedom, etc. etc. etc.) WILL NOT WORK with 3.42.

Considering that Sony released 3.42 for the one purpose of blocking this method of hacking the console, it is VERY UNLIKELY that this same device will ever be able to hack official Sony firmware 3.42 or above (I would go as far as to say impossible, except I don't believe anything is impossible)

The best bet we all have is to stay on 3.41 and wait to see if the devs can come up with some method of keeping up to date in order to play the latest games (I doubt We'll ever be able to play on PSN, or at least not for long each time a bypass is managed, as Sony will quickly plug the hole with a new firmware or PSN change)
