PS2 PSN Games without a PSN account?

Is there any way possible to play PS2 PSN games on a CFW without ever having been on PSN? I tried using reactPSN on Rogero 4.30 v2.03 and PS2 game licenses didn't work. Does it work on rebug?

Well, if you have never been on PSN, then it's obvious that you are pirating the games. No one is likely to help you. Go to the site where you pirated the games from.
