PS Jailbreak - I need help master

I received my PSJailbreak dongle but I can't make it work, I can't upgrade it on the PC. It's new and the computer does detect it but the PSUpgrader software can't detect it so I can't get it's serial number and I can't update it's firmware to make it work.

Am I missing another step? I've been looking in the internet for a solution or another software to help me upgrade it but none to avail. Please see below my screen shot.

As you can see it shows that there is no dongle, even though there is and it is inserted on the computer, I tried both in Win7 and XP system but gave me the same problem. The PSUpgrader cannot detect it.

My PS3BREAK v1.2 Dongle works perfect but this one is giving me a big head ache, and this psjailbreak is expensive, TSK i hope I can make it work. But I already did everything, can I use another software to update this PSJB dongle.

I think he has both

send it back, it could be faulty imo...

AMP if you can read my 1st post, I got stuck on my PSJB - PSjailbreak dongle, it can be detected by my laptop but the PSUPGRADE software to boot the firmware to the dongle does not detect it.

I'm not sure if this is faulty or not and I can't returned it because I ship it from another country.
