ps jailbreak help

hello I'm totally new to this I received by chip yesterday and my pc doesn't recognize it and when I click my serial no. on the ps upgrader it says no dongle? am I doing anything wrong? any help is appreciated....

Because that's not an original PSjailbreak...
that's a clone...that you prolly bought cheaper than the high price for the original one...
